SAP Sapphire So Paulo, SAP’s main conference for customers, will bring together the country’s top business leaders in a full day dedicated to the intersection between three transformative forces: technology, art and sustainability.
The event is expected to receive over a thousand business leaders this Friday (9), at the Bienal Pavilion in Ibirapuera Park, in So Paulo. In addition to Brazil, seven other countries will host the event, which returns to face-to-face after two years.
“One of the objectives of the event is to show how SAP can help companies to function better, starting with transformation. At the event, we make a parallel between art and technology and we intend to show how it transforms people’s lives. technology are enablers of people who transform”, said Gustavo Segre, vice president of Marketing at SAP.
This year, SAP Sapphire So Paulo will have 150 company cases presented and 17 partners, such as Accenture Brasil, AWC, Capgemini, Deloitte, Docusign, Google Cloud, Intel, Microsoft, PwC and others.

With more than 150 content sessions with successful business cases, divided into seven tracks, SAP Sapphire So Paulo presents solutions and practices on how to build resilient supply chains, move from conversation to sustainability, transform business in the cloud, accelerate innovation with the development of low code applications (development environment through a graphical interface), artificial intelligence and intelligent data analysis, among other topics.
According to Segre, among the cases presented will be Colgate-Palmolive Comercial, which will show how the company managed to keep 90% of the production at the So Paulo plant using reusable, recyclable material for more than a year.
“We are going to show that profitability and sustainability do not need to be a divorce. Companies have a leading role in sustainability and this is not an option. technology solution leaders to seek a social environment, starting with governance, the so-called ESG”, added the VP.
During the event, Adriana Aroulho, president of SAP Brazil, will welcome Octavio de Lazari, president of Bradesco, on the main stage; Leonardo Martins, Executive Director of Technology & Structuring Products at Grupo Boticrio; Marcelo Carreras, CIO of Petrobras; Cristina Palmaka, president of SAP Latin America and the Caribbean and Julia White, vice president of global Marketing and Solutions and member of the SAP board.
The event will also promote a special presentation by Cirque Du Soleil, which is starting the Bazzar tour in Brazil this month, the meeting between dancer Ana Botafogo and conductor Joo Carlos Martins. SAP Saphire will end with a show by the band Skank.
