This project was announced on the 14th of September 2021, therefore, it is approaching its first year. It was structured as an incubator experience that gives participants access to LinkedIn creation tools, training, networking events with other creators, prominent opportunities on LinkedIn editorial channels, coaching with speakers and financial support for content production, says Claudia.
She notes that 100 names were selected by LinkedIn in 2022, which was the first edition in the country. It was a six week incubator experience. They developed content related to technology and routine inside and outside companies, such as mental health, activism, accessibility, artificial intelligence and games, for example.
We’re excited about the opportunity to accelerate creators looking to lead relevant conversations and engage their communities on LinkedIn. Among the participants, we have professionals with different experiences and visions to bring up the most diverse topics within the network, which need to be discussed. Our goal is to give space to important issues on the platform, such as LGBTQIAP+ visibility, racial equity, indigenous agenda, female leadership, work and motherhood, including women in careers such as science and technology and sustainability, among other urgent issues for society, concludes Claudia.
