Monica Gadsby, CEO of Publicis Groupe Latin America, will now oversee the group’s activities in Brazil
Following the renewal of Arthur Sadoun’s term as President and CEO of Publicis Groupe, the company announced new leadership for the global teams. Monica Gadsby, CEO of Publicis Groupe Latin America, will add to her responsibilities the supervision of the group’s activities in Brazil, starting to report directly to Tim Jones.
Jane Lin-Baden, currently CEO of Publicis Groupe North Asia, has been named CEO for the Asia-Pacific region, adding oversight for South Asia, Australia/New Zealand and Southeast Asia. As a member of the Management Committee, Jane will report directly to Arthur Sadoun.
For the newly created position of responsibility for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, the now former CEO of Publicis Groupe APAC/ MEA, Loris Nold, was chosen. He will oversee all European operations and markets while continuing to oversee the Middle East and Africa, and continues to report directly to Arthur Sadoun.
“Jane, Loris and Monica will work in partnership with local leaders in their respective regions, who will report directly to them, to further strengthen the business model and leverage their unique capabilities in data, creation, media and technology, at the service of our customers,” the group said in a statement.
Talia Raviv, CEO of PMX, expands her mandate to oversee the Groupe’s global media operations. She will develop PMX to become Publicis’ global media platform and, in partnership with CEOs in other countries, will bring a product-first mindset across all media strategy and operations.
Amy Hadfield, currently Arthur Sadoun’s Chief of Staff, will be Director of Global Communications, responsible for the Groupe brand and external and internal communications worldwide. Amy becomes a member of the Management Committee.
