Greenhouse was named Campaign/Program Agency of the Year; Teleperformance won in Call Center/Contact Center
The Abemd Award (Brazilian Data Marketing Association) announced the winners of the 28th edition. The event was held this Thursday (15), at Casa Giardini, in Campo Belo, So Paulo.
70 companies competed in four categories, Digital/Mobile; CRM/Loyalty; Campaign/Program; Call Center/Contact Center. The award, which seeks to recognize the most innovative and surprising ideas in data marketing, adopts criteria such as strategy, results, creation, communication and execution to define the winners.
In this edition, the Award also contemplated the Hall of Fame, which paid tribute to Fernando Moulin, a partner of Sponsorb, from Rio de Janeiro. With over 20 years of experience in the area, the executive was one of the pioneers of data marketing in the country.
“The award shows all the work and dedication throughout the year. The result would not be different: examples of promising initiatives with the power to impact the most varied businesses were chosen,” says Cludia Campos, president of ABEMD.
