IPG Health Brasil presented its new operating structure MedComms & Speacialties Agencies, an area that aims to integrate and expand the technical-scientific services that are already part of the ecosystem of the group that has the McCann Health and FCB Health agencies.
The operation, which aims to deliver more assertive and integrated health communication solutions, will be led by Ricardo Takahashi, appointed director of the unit within the IPG Health Brasil group. The executive has been part of the McCann Health management group since 2016, reporting directly to Joo Consorte, current president of IPG Health.

The creation of the new structure is in line with one of the main global objectives of IPG Health, which is to strengthen the science pillar, integrating it with others such as creation, strategy, technology and data in the agencies for the creation and development of campaigns, services and products aimed at health professionals and patients.
The operation, which integrates from health professionals to strategists, creatives, media, UXs, data engineers, developers and journalists, aims to make science understandable and accessible to all, with services such as medical education platforms, patient and drug promotion aimed at physicians.

The operation’s services are divided into four pillars Medical Affairs; Scientific Publications; Promotion of medicines and the Patient Support Program that will be carried out for companies and institutions in the health segment, mainly for the pharmaceutical industry, medical societies, patient associations, medical schools, health operators and institutions and brands interested in the topic.
In addition, the operation also has a commitment to innovation and seeks solutions that include Artificial Intelligence to aid in treatment decisions, BlockChain to combat fakenews and in favor of centralizing patient health data; WEB 3.0, Metaverse and MESH that promise to revolutionize the way doctors learn and expand the range of possibilities for patients to understand their conditions and treatment possibilities).
With the operation, Brazil becomes part of the Global Scientific Council (GSC) of the network, which has more than 450 health professionals, PhDs, doctors, pharmacists, health professionals.
