The communication agency Mestiça has a new CEO, Paulo Sanna, a partner and CCO since 2018. Sanna also assumes the position of CEO and starts to coordinate the entire structure of the agency, with almost 80 employees and clients such as Kitano, Mercados OXXO, Shell Select, MAC Cosmetics, Tokyo Marine and Haagen Dazs.
Paulo led the implementation of a new business model for the agency – the Pop-up methodology – which incorporates the principles of Design Thinking and the concept of collaborative teams to solve communication challenges and integrate client and agency teams.
The new CEO of Mestiça is a publicist and has been working with the generation of ideas and the formation of creative teams for almost 30 years. He has stints at Ogilvy, McCann and Wunderman, was twice a jury member at the Cannes Film Festival and has awards such as Cannes, One Show, Clio, among others.
In addition to Paulo Sanna, Mestiça has as founding partners Marcelo Ramos (today Global President of Swile), Denis Filippini (Chief Experience Officer of Mestiça) and Eduardo Lovro (responsible for Dinner in The Sky, a global event operated and licensed by Mestiça since 2009).
