C6 Bank has just launched a campaign reinforcing the benefits of the C6 Tag, an automatic toll and parking collection device. The sticker works like a kind of car debit card. When passing through the toll or parking lot, the value of the service is automatically debited from the customer’s account.
With an appearance similar to a video game, the 30-second film “Citylights”, simulates the point of view that the customer has in their displacements. “The film shows a series of benefits offered by the C6 Tag, while taking people for a ride into an aesthetic that brings great realism to those who want to experience the sensation of going straight through tolls and parking lots”, explains Flavio Waiteman , partner and CCO of Tech and Soul, the agency that produced the film.
The C6 Bank tag is accepted on all toll roads in the country, in addition to parking lots in shopping malls, airports and shopping centers. “Our goal is to make our client’s life as easy as possible, which includes the moments when he is on the move”, says Alexandra Pain, head of marketing at C6 Bank.
The film also mentions two exclusive insurances for light passenger cars. Launched this month, C6 Tag Parking Insurance offers coverage of up to BRL 5,000 for damage to your own vehicle or that of third parties and includes services such as repairs to windows, headlights, flashlights, rear view mirrors, bodywork and painting, in addition to towing, electrical or mechanic, tire change and key fob for incidents in Veloe car parks. Insurance can be purchased in the app for R$ 10 per month.

Insurance C6 Tag Rodovia offers assistance on all toll roads in the country, and includes a 24-hour tow truck, free taxi to finish the trip within a perimeter of up to 400 km from the accident site and accommodation, depending on the circumstances of the incident. In addition, the service offers coverage of up to BRL 5,000 for damages to own and third-party vehicles. Those who already have auto insurance can use this amount to help pay the property damage deductible. Insurance is also available for R$10 per month. The contracting of each insurance is independent: it is possible to choose one or both.
The film also mentions the free conditions of the C6 Tag. This is possible for C6 Carbon, C6 Platinum, MEI and C6 Empresas customers, when purchasing their first adhesive. Other customers become eligible for this benefit when they meet at least one of the following requirements: keep R$ 20 thousand invested in CDBs at C6 Bank; or be level 2 or VIP in the C6 Experience – a program that rewards customers for using products and services. For those who do not meet these requirements, each tag hired costs R$ 5 per month.
The “Citylights” campaign will be on air until October 16 and will be broadcast on open TV and radio stations in São Paulo, Santos and Porto Alegre. On pay TV, it will run across the country, and on physical panels, in São Paulo and Porto Alegre.
