Ana Paula Xongani and Yasmin Castilho join Marcela McGowan in the production of content aimed at the female audience
Marisa renewed its team of ambassadors with Ana Paula Xongani and Yasmin Castilho at Universo M, the brand’s content platform. They will team up with Marcela McGowan to produce articles, fashion tips, behavior, trends and well-being.
Along with the new ambassadors, the brand also debuts a new area of products on its website and app: a virtual showcase with items chosen by a squad of influencers.
The M Universe was created a year ago with the purpose of raising consumers’ self-esteem. The platform brings themes about fashion, well-being, finance and causes that are defended by the brand.
Our focus is to offer content that can help and facilitate the routine of women. We are very happy with our new team of ambassadors who will develop important guidelines for the female universe, with tips and information. We also put together an incredible squad to set up their own Marisa windows, bringing a curatorship of our products, which inspires and helps consumers when choosing, said Christianne Toledo, Marisa’s marketing director.
The gynecologist and influencer Marcela Mc Gowan will create new articles for the Meu Bem-Estar pillar of the platform, focusing on topics related to body care, physical and mental health. She will also produce special content for October Rosa, an awareness campaign on the prevention and early diagnosis of breast and cervical cancer.
J Yasmin Castilho will share posts about beauty and fashion on channels such as Instagram, Youtube and TikTok. The influencer is known for her humorous videos, with makeup and looks tips, in addition to telling a little bit about her routine.
Completing the team is Ana Paula Xongani, founding partner and stylist of Xongani, a brand that aims to strengthen black fashion in Brazil and arrives at Universo M to deal with issues such as politics. Ana Paula is also a youtuber and addresses topics such as Afro-Brazilian fashion and style, fashion and militancy, black beauty, black feminism, empowerment and self-esteem of black women and challenges of black entrepreneurship.
