Bold announces the promotion of 2 directors and the arrival of 3 new professionals. Milena Dominguez, Carolina Crastechini and Priscilla Altoé join Bold as Business Director, Media Director and Operations Director, respectively. Both Milena and Priscilla were once on the team and are returning to the agency after a few years.
Dominguez has been working in the Project and Operations Management area for over 12 years, having worked at Sherpa 42 and Meta, while Priscilla Altoé has 19 years of experience in operations, production and digital projects and carries names such as Africa, FCB Brasil and Isobar. Closing the list of hires, Carolina Crastechini has 20 years of experience and has worked for agencies such as Publicis, David, Isobar and Africa.
As for promotions, Luciane Vieira becomes Director of Business and Júlia Vianna, Director of Strategic Planning. Luciane was a Bold client working at Honda Motos and accepted the agency’s invitation to change sides of the counter 3 years ago. “My experience of more than 15 years in the industry helped a lot to bring about a different way of working and it seems to have worked”, says Luciane.
Rodolfo Campitelli, CEO of Bold, afirma:
“We have a culture of always looking inward before any moves and promoting talent from home. Announcing promotions brings us great satisfaction, which is to see who has been with us for the longest time growing together with the company.”
Júlia Vianna, on the other hand, believes that the promotion has multiple meanings. According to her:
“Bold is an independent agency that not only faces the tide of the giants but also makes its own waves. I consider that occupying the chair of Director of Strategy as a young woman, of peripheral origin, mother of two young children and being a politically active person is a voracious sign of boldness – both mine, in making this way here, and Bold’s to date. recognize it.”
