iD\TBWA launched the iDiverso Program, which aims to provide opportunities, encourage and train people in the medium term, so that they can act and lead in the areas of BI, Data and Media.
The first stage of the project, which takes place from November 2022 to December 2023, starts with 10 vacancies, all for black people or people with disabilities, and at the end of the program, at least 50% will be hired at the agency. The rest will participate in processes within the agency’s clients and partner companies.
The demand for professional training in the area of data and technology is very high. At iD\, we believe it is essential to give opportunities to new talents, train and provide constant development, even more so at the accelerated pace that new tools emerge. with a strategic vision of business growth, our own methodology, technical excellence and trained professionals, aligned with our culture, we add value in data and offer products that range from insights to the best results”, said Camila Costa, CEO of iD\TBWA.
At first, the initiative will last for one year and will focus on training in Programming Logic, Excel, SQL and Analytical Thinking.
In our market, the search for professionals is even more challenging, as we need skills that include a mix between what we call exact and human. While professionals need to know how to read data, numbers and use programming tools, they also need to be able to interpret human behaviors and their subjectivities, when necessary, explained Priscila Sanita, executive director of Data and BI at the agency.
To apply for iDiverso, there is no requirement for any pre-determined degree course and those hired, who will start their careers as interns, will participate in five stages of learning throughout the entire process: Tagging, Analysis and Insights, Media Tools and Performance, Database and Dataviz and Web Analytics. Participants will also take part in the project bimonthly individual assessments, with the sole purpose of analyzing the evolution and difficulties of each one, without an eliminatory nature.
Entries can be made through the Nube website, between October 3rd and November 3rd. The selection process will include application stages, Portuguese and logic tests, HR screening, interviews and dynamics with the vacancy managers. Vacancies will also be announced by PerifaLions.
