The Great Place To Work award, organized by the global consultancy GPTW, which traditionally awards the 150 best companies to work for in Brazil, brings as an innovation in the 2022 edition, the “Emotional Health Highlight” award.
The award was given last night, in São Paulo, to 15 companies that stood out for good indices of practices to improve the mental health of employees and leaders.
Among the national companies, with a number of employees from 100 to 999, Dipesul, Fibrasil, Pormade and Teltec Solutions received the award.
Multinationals, with the same number of employees, include Agro Amazônia Produtos Agropecuários, Cadence Design System do Brasil, Pipefy Marketing e Tecnologia and Salesforce.
Among the companies with between 1,000 and 9,999 employees, the highlights were Avanade, Central Ailos, Senior Sistemas, Softplan, Ticket Log and Viacredi.
During the awards, the global consultancy GPTW announced Tatiane Tieme Shirazawa, until then vice president, as its new CEO. Ruy Shiozawa, who remained in the position for 14 years, takes over as CEO of Great People, a new ecosystem of companies created to place people at the center of decisions.
EVERY, featured in advertising
The highlight in the advertising market was AGENCIA EVERY. In total, 93% of the employees of the digital multinational, specialized in Health, attest that the agency is a great place to work. Its managers achieved the maximum result: “Leader for All”, characterized by an inclusive, inspiring and welcoming performance, which recognizes the importance of each member of the team.
“Our priority has always been quality of life, health and respect for our employees, allowing them to reconcile their personal and professional lives”, says Fillipe Pascalicchio, CEO of AGENCIA EVERY. “Communication gives us the power and responsibility to transform the lives of brands, customers and especially people,” she says.
Trust, the basis of the best
The award celebrates 25 years of existence this year and, according to the organizers, although a lot has changed in the way of living, working and managing people in that time, the essence of the award has not changed.
The work environment, recognized as the best by its employees, prioritizes people at the center of its strategies.
The basis of an excellent company to work for still lies in its ability to create and maintain trusting relationships with its team.
In the general ranking of the best companies to work for in the GPTW 2022, with more than 10 thousand employees, the highlights are Magazine Luiza, Itaú, Vivo, Accenture do Brasil, Ambev, Santander, DHL, IBM, Mc’Donalds and Whirpool.
