Formed by Gustavo Gripe, ecosystem brings operations focused on the creative product, such as Santa Transmedia, Liquor, Tropical and Mady
With more than 20 years of experience in the advertising market, Gustavo Gripe presents the formation of Landscape, an ecosystem of production companies that share services, but act independently.
Based on five components gateway (new business), talents (directors and creatives), live action (centralized area for film and photo production), post & tech (post-production and interactivity) and system (financial, legal and reporting backoffice) , the group is inspired by the technology market to offer the necessary mechanisms for creative production.
We offer each of the components individually and the producers use them according to their needs, adapting to each job. They are light operations focused on their creative product that become very strong when they share the group’s experiences and agreements, explains Gustavo Gripe, CEO and founder of Landscape.
Companies and production companies such as Santa Transmedia, Liquor, Tropical, Magma, South, Mady, Damn Good Advice, Nuv&m, Sicrios, Hox and Rising Directors are part of the ecosystem.
The advantage of acting as an ecosystem is that we grow procedurally, encouraging relationships between businesses. We represent several directors and centralize production, thus our volume is much higher than our competitors, which generates remarkable efficiency, says Gripe, who is also on the board of Apro (Brazilian Association of Audiovisual Works).
According to him, the main difference between Landscape and other production groups is the shared services. Our producers are very light and our shared areas are more robust. This fragmentation allows each brand to focus on its core and less with parts that are ancillary to its business. Another important part is the fact that we have our own operating system, which allows our relationships to be managed in a very sophisticated way through the use of technologies that include artificial intelligence.
The operation is two years old and currently represents more than 25 scene directors. We are now telling the market because we want to stimulate relationships for Landscape as a whole. We will seek agreements that benefit the ecosystem as a whole to solve production in a more planned way, says Gripe.
