Javicia Leslie will join the final season of The Flash

Things may change, but in recent times the women of Batman’s universe have taken some serious blows. First was the cancellation of the movie Batgirl. The film, which stars Leslie Grace as Barbara Gordon, also stars Michael Keaton, JK Simmons, and Brendan Fraser as the villain. Even though it already cost 90 million dollars, Warner chose to shelve the film. This happened after the series Batwomanwith Javicia Leslie, was canceled by The CW after three seasons.

The series got off to a rocky start. First it was going to tell the story of Kate Kane, and it had Ruby Rose in the cast. But Ruby decided to leave at the end of the first season in a situation that was still somewhat nebulous. That’s when Javicia entered the second as Ryan Wilder. I confess that I gave up on the series after the first season, which I thought was pretty bad. But critics and the public praised it a lot. And everyone mourned when Batwoman was canceled in April. For those who were curious to see the three seasons of the series, they are available on HBO Max.

But now, it looks like there’s life for Javicia, and maybe for Batwoman. The actress will appear in the final season of The Flash, according to EW. However, details about what she will be doing and for how many episodes are still top secret. However, I think it would be unlikely to invite the actress to a series in the DC universe if she wasn’t going to be Batwoman. And who knows, that way fans could have a closing of the story since the third season of Batwoman ended with a cliffhanger. Fans would love to know who the mysterious villain is. Rumor has it, however, that she will take on another character from the DC Universe, Scarlet Death. This is a member of the Dark Knights, a group of multiversal alternate versions of Batman.

As for the The Flash, the ninth and final season will premiere in 2023. It will have 13 episodes. It is the longest running series in the Arrowverse.
