The event brought together 1,447 people exchanging figurines on October 12, at Ibirapuera Park
The iFood Fest Arena, held last October 12, at Ibirapuera Park, was recognized for promoting the largest exchange of stickers in the world, according to information from Guinness World Records.
With the highest concentration of collectors, the exact presence of 1,447 people trading cards during the event was recorded. For the auditing and legitimation of the record, there was a reserved space dedicated to the exchange of stickers, in which participants had to identify themselves with their name and CPF, since entry into the space was only allowed once.
A judge accredited by Guinness accompanied the eight-hour event, among the rules all people who entered the space must make at least one exchange, always identified when a participant extended his arms.
We are very happy to achieve this feat for Brazil by entering the Guinness World Records, with the largest exchange of stickers made in the world. In addition to the service we offer, our goal is to generate connection and positive experiences for all the people who make up our ecosystem, customers, delivery people and partner establishments, said Ana Gabriela Lopes, iFood Marketing Director.
Held by iFood in partnership with Panini, the event brought together around five thousand people and promoted various experiences to those present, including three showers of figurines, totaling 9 thousand official stickers from the Panini FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 album. There are ten restaurants available to taste typical food from different countries at the Sabores do Mundo gastronomic festival.
Collecting has at its essence exchange. With the success of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 album, we are witnessing the reunion of the community of fans and collectors, and in this event, in partnership with iFood, it was possible to make the largest record in the world of practice. We are celebrating this feat together with iFood, and now we can say that this title from our collectors!, celebrated the marketing manager of Panini, Carolina Motta.
