Tim Roth's Son Dies at 25

This is one of those very sad stories that happen to a lot of people. But, we only know when it happens to a Hollywood celebrity. The tragedy befell the son of actor Tim Roth (who was recently in Mulher-Hulk). Cormac Roth, died at age 25 after a long battle with a rare form of cancer. He was 25 years old. He is survived by his parents, Tim and Nikki Roth, and brother Hunter.

Cormac died on the 16th, but the announcement was made only today (31st). The family statement reads as follows: “He was a ball of electrical energy, and his spirit was full of light and kindness. A kind soul who brought so much happiness and hope to those around him. Pain comes in waves, as do tears and laughter, when we think of this beautiful boy for the 25 years and 10 months we’ve known him. A blameless, happy, wonderful child. Just recently a man. We love him. Wherever we go, he will be with us.”

Cormac was a graduate of Bennington University, and he was a musician. He discovered the disease in the middle of last year.

At the time, Cormac wrote on his Instagram: “On November 21 I was diagnosed with a level 3 germ cell cancer. Since then, I’ve struggled with it every day, with everything I have. Chemotherapy, high-dose chemo, medications, transplants, transfusions, surgeries. It’s called Choriocarcinoma, it’s rare. And it has managed to stay several steps ahead of me, no matter what I do. It took half of my hearing, 30 pounds of weight, my self-confidence. And it will continue its deadly path until I somehow manage to stop it, and kill it. But it didn’t take away my will to live, or my love for making music. It hasn’t beaten me yet… Much love to everyone, make sure you do the things you love. Life is short. It’s chaos, and you never know when it will be with you.”
