In January, the construction and developer Tenda starts the retail campaign “Conquering your apartment doesn’t have to be a soap opera”.
Using humor, the advertising piece shows a couple with children who dream of conquering their own home and being free from the drama of lack of space and privacy.
The campaign was created by the in-house agency RED 185 and produced by VAPT Filmes and directed by Thiago Artimonte.
The material will be broadcast in the main regions in which Tenda operates, on open TV and radio, and on social media YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. There are also trade marketing activations at regional offices.
According to the Marketing and Technology director, Luis Martini, the campaign is focused on solving the pain of one of the main people at Tenda, which is the couple with children who often rent or live with relatives.
“We want to encourage more Brazilian families to believe in winning their own home. With Tenda’s payment facilities, this achievement is possible. Proof of this is the company’s sales volume from January to September 2021, which already exceeds 18 thousand apartments. If we compare with the same period of 2020, we had an increase of 23%”, explains the executive.
