Deezer, KCF Brasil, Arabella and Provu also presented their new signings
The week was marked by the reorganization of the AlmapBBDO executive team, with the promotions of Fernanda Tedde, who becomes Chief Operation Office (COO); Rafaela Alves, now Chief Data & Media Officer (CDMO); and José Lopes, as the agency’s Chief Growth Officer (CGO).
The executives’ efforts will be to provide a healthy, inclusive internal environment, with more agile and optimized processes, aiming at deeper relationships with customers and creative excellence in all deliveries.
Another big move of the week was the announcement of the new Global CEO of LLYC. The company’s board of directors appointed Alejandro Romero to the position.
Alejandro, who until now led the American Continent region, is a partner and the second largest shareholder in the consultancy where he has worked for 26 years. On his side, Juan Carlos Gozzer will head the organization in Latin America. Jos Antonio Llorente remains Executive Chairman of the company.
The changes are aimed at strengthening the company’s management structure, immersed in the growth plan, as well as continuing to boost the careers of some of its professionals and establishing corporate governance adjusted to the standards of the most modern listed companies.
Deezer also announced a new feature in its staff, with the arrival of Maria Garrido as the company’s new Marketing Director. The executive will lead the continued development of the brand as the company continues to accelerate its growth and global expansion following the recent IPO on Euronext Paris.

Another company that announced new leadership in the marketing and sales sector was KFC Brasil. International Meal Company (IMC) announced the hiring of Lucas Couto as the chain’s new Marketing and Sales Director.
Returning to the branches, Arabella, a branch of the WideAg group, expanded its digital team by hiring Bianca Doriguello and Simone Medina Wassen. Bianca assumes the position of Social Media Manager and Simone the new editor, specializing in Digital Content.
With a background in Fashion Business and several specializations in Content Marketing and Social Networks, Bianca has worked for retail chains and advertising agencies in So Paulo, including BETC Havas and TINO. Simone has a degree in Institutional Communication from UFPR, worked for agencies in the south of the country and a network of education franchises.
B.NOUS announced the hiring of Leo Rapini, former creative coach at TV Globo and technology leader at EcoSpot, as the company’s new chief technology officer (CTO).
The executive brings with him experience at Coaching Criativos, where he was founder and head coach for over 10 years, at Abre Aspas, where he served as a senior communication consultant for over five years, in addition to 14 years as a web developer. .
Finally, Provu announced the arrival of Fabio Tanizaki as Chief Product Officer (CPO). The executive was Head of Financial Products and Services at Via Varejo and Superintendent of Products at Portocred.
Fabio holds a degree in Accounting from FEA USP, and an MBA in Finance and IR from Fipecafi. The executive began his career at Ita BBA, having worked at companies such as Lemon Bank, Banco GE, Santander, Portocred and Sofisa Direto.
