ClickBus, the largest marketplace for bus tickets in Brazil, launches its new brand campaign focused on the 2022/2023 high season. Entitled “Whatever your destination, your journey starts here”the campaign features actress, presenter and influencer Luana Xavier as an ambassador and positions the company as a key partner when planning any trip.

“Currently, we are the most intelligent, current and practical way to start any trip. With this campaign, we want to show our customers that, on our website or app, they can start planning their next trips with complete peace of mind and convenience. We also want to reinforce that bus travel is increasingly digitized and full of options to meet the needs of all types of travellers. In addition, with the campaign we want to make people consider the bus for all their trips.”

Signed by Tech and Soul, the agency responsible for the company’s strategic planning, communication and project management, the campaign shows that ClickBus is not just a website or app for selling bus tickets, but can be the ideal partner when planning a travel. Klien further points out:

Nowadays, everyone is looking for practicality and convenience for different needs, planning and traveling by bus is already like that. Our goal is to help people’s lives – because unique and transformative moments happen on trips.”
The campaign with Luana Xavier is the first in partnership with Tech and Soul, which took over the account in August of this year, and represents an investment 97% higher than that made by ClickBus in the same period of 2021. The communications went live in on November 8th, in the interval of ‘Travessia’, on TV Globo and will continue until the end of January 2023 with pieces on TV, OOH and digital, as well as merchandising on some programs on free-to-air TV.

Founded in 2013, ClickBus is the largest marketplace for road tickets in Brazil, serving more than 4,800 destinations and having more than 200 regulated vehicles in its portfolio. The company reached its first billion reais in gross merchandise volume (GMV) in 2021 and now plans to increase this figure by 50% in 2022.
