Neoenergia invited the Brazilian Women’s Team to star in its new advertising campaign.
The piece, created by Euphoria, features an open letter from the Women’s Team to their colleagues from the Men’s Team, who are disputing the World Cup in Qatar. The message conveys, through the female eye, the importance of representing Brazil in the championship and emphasizes the importance of having the energy to compete. It may even be that we are not with you in this championship. But our wish is that all this energy, our energy, the feminine energy always be there, says an excerpt from the letter.
We turn all that feeling into positive energy. The campaign had the participation of several women, from creation to completion, being inspired by the strength they have in their daily lives and, above all, in sports. something that stimulates and makes a difference. We know the importance of this support to further enhance the female presence in the quest for equality in all fields, said Lorenzo Perales, Neoenergia’s marketing director.
The contract between the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) and Neoenergia runs until 2024 and until then, the company will continue to support championships such as the Brazilian Women’s Championship Neoenergia, the 2023 Women’s World Cup and the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
Since the beginning of the partnership, in 2021, Neoenergia has accompanied the Brazilian women’s teams, main and base, in the final stretch of preparation for the Olympic Games in Tokyo. The support serves around 575 athletes and enables good training and professional training conditions for all of them.
In addition to being sent physically to the players, the open letter was featured in a television commercial, published on Neoenergia’s social networks and in nationally circulated newspapers.
On social media, the campaign will encourage interaction with the public, who will be encouraged to send messages and record videos reading the text. The content will be transformed into new digital pieces, highlighted on Neoenergia’s social networks and proprietary channels, and accompanied by the hashtag #EnergiaFeminina.
