Antonio Fadiga is the new president of the agency, who also announced changes in the offices in So Paulo and Rio de Janeiro
Antonio Fadiga, until then CEO of Artplan, was appointed president of the agency, in a statement released this Tuesday (29). He takes over from Rodolfo Medina, who has been in charge since 2006 and who now takes on the chair of the agency’s Board of Directors and remains the national leader of the Dreamers Group.
Under the management of Fadiga will be Glaucia Montanha nova, CEO of Artplan SP , Ana Sanchez promoted general director of Artplan RJ –, and Duda Moncalvo, who continues in the position of general director of Artplan Brasilia.
In the statement, the agency says that ‘the novelty meets the professional’s need to dedicate himself even more to the holding and the fact that Fadiga is now more focused on the macro strategies of Artplan and its clients’.

Grupo Dreamers will also undergo changes in its structure starting next year. Sandra Poltronieri, people management and internal communication director, will join the Group’s board. The novelty also applies to the recently promoted Glucia Montanha. In addition, Debora Moura, current head of diversity and inclusion, responsible for the Diversity Committee, will also lead the Group’s recruitment and selection area.
