Data Favela and Sebrae/SP will release on Thursday (12/08) the Business Mapping of Peripheral Communities in the State of São Paulo. Data Favela is a partnership between the Central Única das Favelas (Cufa) and Instituto Locomotiva, which was technically responsible for the study. The presentation will be made by the founder of Data Favela, Renato Meirelles. Preto Zezé, from the Central Única das Favelas (Cufa), and Luiz Barreto, consultant from the Locomotiva Institute, also participate in the panel.
Data Favela is the first research and business strategy institute focused on the reality of Brazilian favelas, created in partnership by CUFA and Instituto Locomotiva, technically responsible for the survey.
On the occasion, the results of the Sebrae Program in the Community 2022 will also be presented. The productive inclusion and the generation of work and income in the development of peripheral local communities and favelas will be on the agenda at the event that will bring together public agents, social leaders, authorities, Sebrae team and other interested parties, starting at 1 pm, at SEBRAE headquarters in São Paulo.
Participants will receive an e-book with Mapping data after the event.
