Each year the importance of the Critics Choice Awards grows, especially after all the Golden Globe Troubles?? Today the award nominees in the TV categories were announced. The film categories will only be announced on the 14th. Abbott Elementary had the most nominations, with seven, followed by Better Call Saul with five. Some interesting details from the list. There are two posthumous nominations: Ray Liotta for Black Bird and Leslie Jordan for Call Me Kat?? There are good surprises like the indication of The Offer for best miniseries (and Matthew Goode for supporting). But also bad ones, like the absence of Only murders in the Building for Best Comedy Series, and Martin Short for Comedy Actor.
But that’s the way it is. And as I always say, it’s impossible to see everything. And among the ones I watched, I chose my favorites – they are in red. See the full list – and where you can watch it! The awards will take place on January 15.
