Actions will take place between December 17th and February 26th of next year, in Ipanema
From next Saturday (17th) to February 26th, 2023, the wellness media platform Mude will offer, in partnership with Amstel Ultra, free activities for cariocas and tourists at the next edition of Rio Academia Amstel Ultra.
This time, Mude will hold another 60 free classes per week, totaling more than 600 classes and more than 30,000 public attendances by the end of the event. There will be more than 100 professionals involved, including professors and staff.
Once again, Posto 10, in Ipanema, Rio de Janeiro, will be the point for those who enjoy outdoor activities, free exercises and sunsets with music, among other attractions.
In addition to the complete outdoor bodybuilding gym, open for 57 hours a week, the public can take part in yoga, footvolley, beach volleyball, muay thai, mat pilates, adapted functional classes, boxing, slackline, beach cycle, fit dance, cross dance, cross training, wolf fit and inner balance. All classes are scheduled through the Mude app, which is also free.
We are an outdoor wellness ecosystem, and with Rio Academia Amstel Ultra we want to do even more for the population, based on an unparalleled experience that only Rio de Janeiro’s capital is capable of providing, said Marcus Moraes, CEO of Mude.
