Approximately 300 m of Favela dos Sonhos, in Ferraz de Vasconcelos, were filled with the arts of important figures in the urban scene.
Gerando Falces and Suvinil started a partnership to transform Favela dos Sonhos, in Ferraz de Vasconcelos, into an open-air art gallery.
The initiative by Gerando Falces, sponsored by Suvinil, will exhibit works by 16 artists that may be appreciated by residents and visitors to the community. For the action, the brand donated paints for the creation of arts and production of spaces, while Pblica was invited to refine and produce the exhibition.
“The favela is a talent factory, and I believe that access to culture is essential for a more just and egalitarian society. A beautiful action like this literally destroys walls and builds bridges, but also transforms the territory into an open museum of public art,” he said. Nina Rentel, Director of Social Technologies at Gerando Falces.
Approximately 300 square meters filled with the art of important figures in the urban scene, such as Alex Senna (SP), Mag Magrela (SP), Criola (MG) and Boz (PE), who make up the list of artists who will exhibit their creations at the Favela of Dreams.
The partnership with Gerando Falces aims to promote a positive social impact, praising the value of plurality through the diversity of artists and revitalizing spaces aimed at the community.
