The action, which involves the app’s chatbot, was developed by the Lacta teams together with the Creative Shop team at Meta and the David team.
Lacta teamed up with Meta to prepare an end-of-year action, called “Your year on a zap”, which aims to provide retrospectives based on conversations that customers had via Whatsapp during the year 2022.

This action continues the strategy of bringing Lacta’s purpose to life: nurturing intimacy in relationships. To boost the platform’s publicity, the companies invited personalities such as Juliette, Deborah Secco, Fernanda Paes Leme, Douglas Silva and Paulo André. The media plan also has 90 micro influencers to support the communication strategy of the action created by David and developed in partnership with BR Media.
