Nuvemshop and Meta announced an initiative to offer entrepreneurs an online sales solution for customers, combining WhatsApp with e-commerce.
The companies, which have been partners for three years, aim to encourage the adoption of conversational commerce among the businesses that are part of the Nuvemshop platform, including small, medium and even large companies.
The strategy involves integrating Nuvemshop with various resources for Meta’s businesses, allowing shopkeepers to set up Meta’s products in a simple and optimized way, synchronize their presence on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp and create ads. In addition, the initiative allows merchants to create journeys aimed at converting via WhatsApp, through Meta’s advertising resources.
