2022 is finally coming to an end. On the last Friday of the year, Adnews TopPubli was expected to be even more special, right? With brands taking advantage of every special moment that the year had, from Carnival to the World Cup in Qatar, there was no lack of creativity and content for the campaigns.

January – Nescau – The Energy of Rayssa
At the beginning of the year, skater Rayssa Leal, winner of the last Olympics, participated in a special campaign for Nescau chocolate milk. The film’s narrative shows the 14-year-old skater’s secret to staying active and strong: the “Growing Factor”, and also features the athlete’s mother, Lilian Mendes.
February – Trident – Coach Max gives tips for Carnival
After the success of the launch campaign for Trident Max, at the end of last year, Maximus M. Maxwell, the mascacional coach, returns with the mission to bring the public new emblematic tips and full of humor to enjoy the days of sun and heat. The main objective of the initiative was to reinforce the main attributes and benefits of chewing gum.
March – Heinz – Why do characters never finish their burgers at the movies?
Have you ever noticed that characters in most movies never finish eating a hamburger on stage? Well, Heinz noticed. It was based on this insight that the brand released one of its most creative campaigns aimed at Hollywood, in which it notes the curious fact and asks: “does Hollywood need more Heinz for the characters to finish their burgers?”.
April – iFood and Fluxo – Game Hunger
To mark the launch of the first iFood sponsorship in the world of esports, iFood, together with Fluxo, an esports organization created by Nobru and Cerol, which currently has BAK as a member of the board, officially released its first advertising film entitled “Fome de Game”, showing the importance of unity.
May – Pernambuco – Mother’s Day
May is marked by a very special date: Mother’s Day. To take advantage of this moment, Pernambucanas called actress Paolla Oliveira to represent the teachings that every mother passes on to her children, such as “You are not everyone” and many other phrases that often mark this relationship.
June – Burger King – Whopper Anniversary
In June, Burger King launched one of the most creative campaigns for Valentine’s Day. Based on a movement that happened frequently among couples and went viral on the internet – ceremonies and wedding rehearsals at BK restaurants – the chain proposes that this month, in celebration of Valentine’s Day, the first 20 couples who present a photo of the ceremony or post-rehearsal, held at one of the stores, they received two free Whoppers on every wedding anniversary.
July – Skol – Benefit Cost
Which side to start eating the coxinha? Divide the bill equally or each pay their own? Rice over or under the beans? Good dilemmas abound in a discussion between friends. But when it comes to Returnable Skol, the conversation changes. At least that’s what the campaign launched by the brand in July says.
August – Guaraná Antarctica – Father’s Day
That year, Guaraná Antartica decided to honor the parents with a special game. In one of the brand’s most creative campaigns to commemorate the date, several typical attitudes of parents that always happen on that day and remain in the memory for the rest of their lives.
October – McDonald’s – Méquizice do Luva and Tite
With the campaigns already starting to get into the World Cup mood, McDonald’s called a person who was very successful during the year: the influencer Luva de Pedreiro, success on TikTok. In the campaign, he meets with the former coach of the Brazilian national team Tite to say what his trickery is.
November – Alive – Black Teachers
In November the campaigns rocked the wave of the World Cup, with the player Vínicius Jr. as a highlight. Taking advantage of this momentum, Vivo decided to address social issues and ask itself why there are so few black coaches in football, although within the 4 lines black players are highlighted.
December – Itaú – Respect

And in the last month of the year, taking advantage of the climate for the arrival of 2023, Itaú prepared a more emotional campaign. The commercial with the little girl talking to the actress Fernanda Montenegro had previously been successful and the bank brings it back, but a little differently. This time, with other big names like João Gomes and Ludmilla, the campaign focuses on a special word: respect, because without it, none of the other goals is possible.
