Druid Creative Gaming, a creative agency focused on the world of games, web3 and Metaverso, presents to the market two great signings that debut new leaders. Mariana Nunes who comes to the post of General Service Director e Rafael Hessel who enters as General Creative Director. The arrival of both is part of the rapid growth of the agency, founded in 2021 and which currently serves important advertisers such as Itaú, Boticário, Fortnite, Submarino, among others.
Mariana Nunes will be responsible for developing business with current clients, in addition to bringing more relevance to the department. According to her:
“Druid specializes in an industry that is growing exponentially and I want to help leverage and transform the business, optimizing processes and resources aimed at improving building solid and collaborative relationships.”, says the new director.
Economist from PUC and postgraduate in Marketing from ESPM, Mariana started her career in 1999 with the first digital agencies. Having worked at 10´Minutos, Ogilvy Interactive, Ogilvy Mather and Leo Burnett Tailor Made, in the latter for 8 years as Head of Bradesco, being responsible for developing teams and creating processes with a focus on digital transformation. Among the main clients served are Bradesco, Samsung, Volvo, BR Petrobras, Phillips, Gerdau, Kellogg’s, Boticário.
As for the new creative leader, Rafael Hessel, he says;
“The gaming scene has been developing fast in Brazil and gamers are becoming increasingly demanding when it comes to brands. I was extremely excited about the idea of adding my experience with different brands and streamers to DRUID’s immense creative capacity.”
Graduated in Publicity and Propaganda from ESPM and with international experience from the M.AD School of Ideas, he has been in the advertising market for 13 years where he worked as a copywriter and creative director in agencies such as SapientNitro, JWT/GTB, BriviaDez and R/GA, in last 2 years established the Twitch Ads operation in Brazil. He was responsible for co-founding the Brand Partnership Studio, leading the creation of projects within the universe of games and livestreaming for more than 100 brands, including Itaú, Santander, Prime Video, Ruffles, Clear, Coca-Cola, Ballantine’s and Heineken. An effort that earned awards at the Creation Club and a Twitch nomination for Caboré 2022.
