Gustavo Gelli and Patrcia Pinheiro leave the agency; Fred Gelli continues as CEO
Ttil Design made changes to its corporate structure. Gustavo Gelli and Patricia Pinheiro, co-founders of Ttil and respectively CFO and COO, leave the operation and move on to new journeys. Fred Gelli, CEO and main creative leader, remains the main partner and continues to lead the business as a central figure.
In addition to him, the partner-directors Felipe Aguiar (creation), Ulli Ferrari (business) and Ricardo Bezerra (strategy), all of whom have been with the company for over 10 years, will now work in C-Level positions.
Who reinforces the team as a partner and executive Pedro Medicis, representative of the search fund Paradigma Ventures, who joins as a new investor in Ttil. Former CEO of Ri Biocosmticos and founder of the investment fund, Medicis had already worked for five years at the agency, as head of business, between 2010 and 2015. Now, he returns as partner and CEO.
According to the agency, the movement takes place in view of the arrival of new investments, which will aim to enhance the company’s positioning as a global reference operation in creativity and strategy.

In addition to working with global companies in their segments, such as Coca-Cola, Danone, Amazon, in 2019, Ttil Design opened its first international operation, in Paris, which, according to the company, boosted its revenue with global jobs and contracts, which j corresponded to 35% of its revenues in 2022.
With the new investments, one of the objectives is to leverage this worldwide expansion, growing within current customers and conquering new partners in new markets.
At last year’s Cannes Lions, Ttil returned to Brazil with two Golden Lions: in Design and Industry Craft.
Brazil won a Gold with Rio Carnaval, by Tatil Design for Liesa (Liga Independente das Escolas de Samba), and a Bronze with ‘The Polygraph’, by AlmapBBDO for CNN Brasil, the country competed with five cases in the Design category, which had 109 works selected.
The play that won the awards, Rio Carnaval revamped the brand of the Rio party, one of the main ones in Brazil. The design, which was presented in early 2022, sought to show the strength of the samba community and was inspired by the swaying of the flag bearer, an iconic character within an association, for its construction.
