In addition to the Brazilian, Sofia Hernandez, from TikTok, and Liz Taylor, from Ogilvy, were elected.
Co-founder and creative chairman of GUT, Anselmo Ramos was one of the three names announced to join the board of The One Club for Creativity. In addition to the Brazilian, Sofia Hernandez, global business marketing director at TikTok, and Liz Taylor, global creative director at Ogilvy, were also elected.
The three, who will serve a two-year term, replace Jos Moll, Nancy Vonk and Chloe Gottlieb.
Among the board members’ responsibilities is to connect the club with advertising and design schools, in addition to nominating creatives for The One Show juries.
“I told Kevin (Swanepoel, CEO of The One Club) that I’ve been waiting for this call since I bought my first One Show Annual in 1993 and could barely speak English,” said Ramos. “It’s been a dream and an honor to help The One Club continue to promote diversity and creativity across the industry,” he added.
