After two long years without complete revelry in the streets of the country, Brahma opens its wings for Carnival 2023 and will help make all this carnival passion possible with various sponsorships across the country. The brand will be present at the carnivals in Rua de São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Salvador and Florianópolis, as an official beer, with the sponsorship of Brahma cabins Nº1, at Sapucaí, Bar Brahma, at Anhembi, Camarote de Salvador, and at the main blocks that make the party in Belo Horizonte and the Galo da Madrugada in Recife.
Maurício Landi, marketing director at Brahma, says:
“For the first time in our history of more than 130 years, we are going to participate in parties throughout Brazil. This is an important milestone, even more so in a Carnival that returns to its fullness after two years of interruption. It is at Carnival that we show our best side as Brazilians, it is there that we unite behind blocks through the streets of the country, that we show in our campaign and actions with the consumer all our creativity and joy and that only those who are Brazilian can do.”
Felipe Bratfisch, director of sponsorships and experience marketing at Ambev, says:
“Carnival is the main cultural moment in Brazil. It unites us around our identity, the passions of our people and traditions. This year, Brahma embraces carnival in Brazil in an unprecedented way, supporting street carnival in several cities, blocks and artists, in addition to taking the most emblematic box to the main capitals. We want not only to provide the best experiences for consumers and revelers, but also to think about the ecosystem that surrounds one of the biggest events in the world.”
The brand has already given indications of what is to come. Recently, the brand announced the return of the Street Carnival in the heights. In Salvador, right after the countdown and fireworks that celebrated the arrival of 2023, the beer promoted a drone show, informing the phrase: “It’s Carnival in 2023. The revelry will return to the streets. Here’s to Brahma.”
