The collection made in partnership with Ohlograma and Alexia Hentsch is available on the retailer’s website, app and stores.
C&A announced the launch of a collection with two figures specialized in bringing the carnival touch to the pieces, namely the brand Ohlograma and the brand of costume designer Alexia Hentsch, called Do Bloco ao Baile.
In addition, the retailer will also make its debut at the party with the sponsorship of the Arara cabins, at Sapuca, and Expresso 2222, in Salvador.
Carnival is the moment where people can be who they are. This is very much in line with C&A’s positioning as a company that sees fashion as a platform for free and diverse expression. The idea of creating a special collab for that date was born from the wishes of consumers and also from our desire to be part of each client’s story. In addition, the sponsorship in the boxes of the biggest carnivals in Brazil, in Salvador and Rio, comes to complement our actions, with activations and unmissable news, said Mari Moraes, head of marketing at C&A.
The pieces in the collection reflect each of the collaboration’s brands. In the case of pieces signed by Ohlogram, it is possible to see glitter, rhinestones, hotpants, fringes, all jeans, transparency, metallic fabrics, sequins and accessories that are part of the brand’s portfolio.
The collab reminds us that every day is a possible Carnival for those who believe. The party is a life-creating power, in joy as an exercise in freedom and enchantment that we can have in our daily lives. When C&A approached me, it was exciting. In Alexia Hentsch’s pieces, it is possible to find fashionista elements such as maxi prints, sheer tops, a mix of floral prints and colors, geometric cuts and, of course, the key piece of the brand, the famous bodysuits.
