Tssia Massumi was promoted this week to director of brands and business at FCB Brazil. Graduated in Advertising, the executive has worked at Ogilvy, AlmapBBDO, Wunderman Thompson, Gray and McCann.
On his resume, he has already worked for global brands, such as GM, Havaianas, Gol Linhas Aéreas, Avon, among others. Tssia also acted as a branding consultant for Boticário.

After serving as EMEA Creative Director for Colgate-Palmolive Brands at VMLY&R Paris, Ricardo Dolla was promoted to ECD in VMLY&R Milo, in Italy. In the new role, the Brazilian creative will lead the creative team for clients such as Lavazza, ITA Airlines and Franke. As an editor, Dolla worked for Artplan, Africa, Talent (currently Talent Marcel), VMLY&R, among others.
Game specialist
A Cheil Brazil announced Pedro Freire, Pece, as a game specialist. With a background in Design, Pece was responsible for strategic planning and product development, working with Amazon, Tencent, Riot, ESL, Valve, EA, Konami, Sony, among others.
In his career, he also worked with photographic production, post-production and developed 3D technical projects for one of the most renowned Brazilian designers, Fernando Jaeger. In addition, it includes works developed for Livraria Cultura.
9 new professionals
A Innova AATB announced changes in its teams, with the hiring of nine professionals in the areas of customer service, planning and creation. In the Service area, fernanda brendolan (Former UMAUMA Group), Rodrigo Teixeira (Former Buser) and Jaime Bathrobe (formerly Bold) will be the new account executives. Former BETC Havas, Alexandre Freitas joined the team to be project manager. Bia Milhomens (former CP+B) arrives to be the new service assistant.

Content marketing agency Suba announced the arrival of Ana Lobo as VP of commercial strategy and new business. She will be responsible for transversely boosting brand projects involving content and influence.
Before taking on the new challenge, Ana Lobo was for the last three years VP of branded content and customer service at Endemol Shine Brasil.
