The VMLY&R network promoted Paula Ganem to head of marketing and communication in Brazil. Paula, who already led the area at the VMLY&R and VMLY&R Commerce agencies, now also works with Corebiz, Marketdata and Mutato, reporting to the chain’s Latam CEO, John Lynn.
In her new position, she will have the mission of strengthening the singularities, services and culture of each of the agencies and companies, expanding, at the same time, the synergies between them.
Graduated in Journalism with an MBA in Marketing and a postgraduate degree in International Journalism, Paula joined VMLY&R two years ago, contributing to the then recent merger process between VML and Young & Rubicam in Brazil.
Previously, he worked for seven years at Publicis Groupe, where he was responsible for the group’s institutional affairs in the country, and for corporate communications at Publicis and Sapient AG2 agencies. The professional had already worked at Y&R itself and had worked for vehicles such as Globosat, Meio & Mensagem and Selulloid AG.
