The project created by Karan Novas and Raul Lemos was designed to create connections between people in the advertising, communication and entertainment market.
Chef Raul Lemos and journalist Karan Novas teamed up to launch a project that combines creativity, gastronomy and networking, called “Market Chef At the table with the market”.
The project aims to offer, through events, personal experiences in the world of advertising, communication and entertainment where they can connect through personal and business means around a dinner table.
I come from advertising and I see many things in common with gastronomy. In addition to creativity at the center, there is the idea of providing unforgettable experiences and sensations, as well as the power to bring people together. In a light way, the idea is to invite friends and connect people with complementary repertoires to share good stories, good food and good drink around a table, explained Lemos.
Inspired by the concept of “Chefs Tabel” and held at CasaLab, a space created by Lemos in 2022, the project will have only 10 seats available at each meeting and offer guests a cocktail followed by a five-course dinner with dishes and combinations designed for each occasion.
Each edition of Market Chef will be offered by a host company, which will make the meeting possible, in addition to being able to indicate a restricted number of guests. The general curation of the guests is in charge of Raul Lemos and Karan Novas, aligned with the hosts.
A dinner table, surrounded by good food and interesting people, is undoubtedly the ideal environment for exchanging ideas and special connections. This happens, informally, during and after almost every major event in the market, but usually between people who already know each other. This is an opportunity to share experiences and toast with brilliant minds that are still unknown, or that we only have superficial contact with during industry events, in a more intimate and relaxed way, in addition to having the privilege of tasting an exclusive menu, thought and prepared in front of us by the Raul Lemos, literally inside his kitchen, said Novas.
