Globo reached an agreement to take a stake in Eletromidia. The information was published in Relevant Fact, this Monday (6). The document says that Globo bought 12 million shares of the company out of home.
Of this total, according to a Material Fact, 11.518 million shares will be sold by Vesuvius FIP, and 482 thousand shares by Alexandre Guerrero, partner and CEO of Eletromidia.
The total shares of 8.57% of the share capital of Eletromidia.
The Relevant Fact also says that Globo should acquire at least 8.997 million shares in the out-of-home media company. The deal will still be subject to approval by Cade (Administrative Council for Economic Defense).
In a meeting with employees this morning, Alexandre Guerrero announced that Eletromidia will have a new headquarters in a few weeks. The company, which is currently in Faria Lima, will move to Itaim Bibi, on Rua Leopoldo Couto de Magalhes.
