Advertiser Awards recognize the best service providers
For the fourth time, Commonwealth//WMcCann was named Supplier of the Year, General Motors’ annual award. There were 134 winners, from 16 different countries, among more than 33,000 GM suppliers worldwide.
The award recognizes, among other attributes, the creativity of the agency, a partner of the automaker since 1945.
This solid relationship of so many years between the brand and the agency is reflected in an assertive work. Commonwealth/WMcCan knows our DNA and helps us find the best paths, says Chris Rego, executive director of marketing for GM in South America.
GM’s partnership with the agency brought about important campaigns for the brand, especially in the field of diversity and inclusion. An example of this is the recent campaign ‘Assume the Direction’, which presented how women break paradigms when they assume direction and control of their own lives.
