This is the second consecutive year that the brand is recognized by the festival. The honor will be delivered on the last day of the 2023 edition of the award
The Cannes Lions Festival will honor AB InBev with the Creative Marketer of the Year 2023 award.
AB InBev is now the first brand in the Festival’s history to be honored with the award for two consecutive years.
AB InBev has raised the bar yet again and embodied a culture that ensures continued success is inevitable. This win goes against the grain and demonstrates an ongoing commitment to creativity as a driver of growth, said Simon Cook, CEO of Cannes Lions.
During the 2022 Cannes Film Festival, the brand totaled 49 lions, including 1 Grand Prix, 10 Gold, 19 Silver and 19 Bronze. In the case of the Grand Prix, AB InBev won the highest honor granted by the Festival in the Creative Effectiveness category with the “Contract for Change” campaign.

The tribute will be given on the last awards night of the 2023 edition of the Festival, which will take place between June 19th and 23rd.
