Ambev has evolved its culture by working on active listening and collaboration in recent years. And in Women’s Month, the company also wants to take the discussion on the importance of dialogue to social networks. In partnership with the podcast Pod Delas – a space for conversations about varied subjects in a light and relaxed way, Ambev is launching the “Ouça Elas” campaign. An initiative that aims to promote reflections on the role of listening and communication in the various layers of the female universe, and to show how collaboration within the work environment makes a difference, allowing one woman to boost the other.
The movement, which has already started with posts on the company’s social networks, has videos, in pill formats, and will have the participation of Andreza Machado, Social Impact Manager – responsible for BORA, Laura Aguiar, Head of Knowledge and Culture Brewing from Ambev, Fernanda Gomes, Legal Director of the company and Flora Bitancourt, Social Entrepreneur, CEO of Impact Beyond and Consultant of Social Impact and ESG of Ambev.
The action is also part of Ambev’s journey towards gender equality and the female presence in society, in addition to encouraging more women to be heard, ensuring fairer and more equal dialogue. The contents will be made available daily on the company’s social networks starting this week.
