The “Samsung Eco Exchange” program gives discount coupons on branded items to consumers
Samsung launched a program that aims to encourage the correct and sustainable disposal of household appliances and electronics, called Samsung Eco Troca.
The initiative also allows consumers to exchange their equipment, of any brand and under any condition, for a discount coupon for the purchase of a product at Samsung’s official store.
To publicize the Samsung Eco Troca, the brand launched a campaign signed by Mutato that features two videos, one 60” and the other 30”, which will be shown on Samsung’s digital channels and on cable TV channels.
The new campaign focusing on the Samsung EcoTroca program is one more of our efforts to publicize this initiative, which aims to reduce impacts on the environment and promote the circular economy, encouraging the exchange of electronic products in a sustainable way and ensuring more savings for consumers, who can take advantage of the discount voucher in the online store, explained Thiago Csar, marketing director of the Consumer Electronics Division of Samsung Brazil.
The program has been active since the beginning of February 2023 and, to participate, simply access the website, schedule the delivery of the old product and obtain the discount voucher at the official Samsung store.
