Holding of marketing and digital transformation will carry out the merger between the acquired company Data.Soul and Adyante, a company already belonging to the holding
GhFly Network acquired Data.Soul, a technology company specialized in performance digital marketing and e-commerce. This is the second acquisition of the group, which announced in 2022 the acquisition of a stake in Clima, a company specialized in internal communication and corporate culture.
Data.Soul is the result of more than 12 years of experience in performance digital marketing management and e-commerce consulting. Through its proprietary methodology, it accelerates the growth of brands such as Hershey’s, New Holland, Case, Fischer, Ortop, B3, Café Orfeu, Lojas Pompia, Equipamentos Gerais, among others.
Data.Soul will merge with Adyante, a company from the GhN holding company specializing in digital marketing, and will form part of the group’s brand portfolio, which already includes GhFly, a company specializing in complex digital transformation projects, and Clima, a reference in internal communication and corporate culture.
The new operation will maintain the Data.Soul brand and have Emlio Silva as CEO and Marlon Hammes as COO, both of whom will also remain partners in the company.
