The tool will allow small and medium-sized businesses to create advertisements in the universe of digital audio.
This Tuesday (28), Spotify introduced Ad Studio, its self-service advertising platform, to the Brazilian market. The idea is to popularize, as Spotify reported, advertising in the digital audio market.
According to the platform, Ad Studio will allow small and medium-sized entrepreneurs to create their audio ads and advertise their business to the more than 500 million active users on Spotify worldwide and in Brazil.
Although Spotify does not disclose its user numbers in specific countries, according to Comscore, there are more than 38.6 million active users in the country.
Through Spotify Ad Studio, entrepreneurs from all over Brazil will be even more assertive when it comes to publicizing their products and services. They will be able to automatically and easily upload their campaigns and segment by region, demographics and interests.
“Digital audio continues to grow in the world and in Brazil, where it is estimated that we have approximately 126 million listeners. With the launch of the platform, we see an opportunity to bring brands even closer to this new generation of digital listeners, who they are an audience engaged in Spotify. Mainly, small and medium-sized companies and regional brands, very used to radio advertising”, comments Jos Melchert, Director of Spotify Advertising in Brazil.
