Tech and Soul promotes some changes in its creative and media sectors – which include hiring, promotions and the launch of a new service structure focused on one of the fastest growing media in the market.
In the media area, the agency decided to strengthen the sector’s performance by launching a structure dedicated exclusively to OOH media. VidaOOH will be responsible for special projects for all of the house’s clients, under the leadership of Ana Ventura, head of media at Tech and Soul. “Vida OOH is our unit with expertise and specific tools that enable us to create OOH media projects for our clients, based on data. We believe that communication should be part of people’s lives and being on the street is the best way to be part of everyone’s lives”, explains Ana Ventura.
The media will also have digital reinforcements, with the hiring of Fernanda Vasconcelos, the new director of digital media and performance. Graduated in Journalism from FAMECOS/PUCRS, Specialist in Marketing from SENAC-RS and MBA student in Marketing, Branding and Growth at PUCRS, she has been working in the communication market for 22 years, dedicating herself to digital marketing in the last 19 years. In her trajectory, she went through several companies, including the public sector, start-ups, vehicles and advertising agencies.
Already the creation has three changes through promotions of house professionals. Guga Dias da Costa, who was Tech and Soul’s art director for the last four years, is now creative director. In the structure of the agency, he will partner with Daniel Magri, who also rose to a position in the company, moving from creative director to executive creative director (ECD). Under the responsibility of the two is the creativity of accounts such as C6Bank, Click Bus, Youse and B3. Another promotion in creation is Juliano Ferrari, now head of digital creation.
