The city of São Paulo received two works made with a photosensitive paint, visible only in the sunlight with the action “Solar Sports”, created by the Corona Cero Sunbrew beer, recently launched by Ambev.
Signed by Soko, the action aims to reflect on the importance of the sun for the well-being and health of the population, in addition to serving as an invitation to everyone to take advantage of the daylight.
Like a beer that was born on the beach and made from nature, Corona causes the public to reflect on the transforming power of the sun, making people more aware of the sunset and connecting with moments of relaxation in the midst of urban chaos, he explained. the head of marketing for Corona in Brazil, Rodolfo Carvalho.
The drawings created by plastic artists Marcella Riani and Rafael Uzai were visible during the day, as he was passing through Av. Faria Lima and along Beco do Batman, a tourist spot in Vila Madalena.
The person responsible for uniting the duo of artists in this project for the Ambev beer brand was Luan Cardoso, curator of Solar Spots, who has already signed other graffiti initiatives in So Paulo and outside Brazil, in addition to being the creator of the NaLata Festival, an event responsible for spread the expression of graffiti to different places in the city.
Curating work for a brand is always a challenge. Corona is a brand that has a strong presence and presence in the beach environment, and both Marcella Riani and Rafael Uzai bring references to this environment in their strokes and colors. It all made a lot of sense, a sign that, for this audience, the brand is a great success, the curator comments.
