Askids, the first data & insights company for the children and teenagers segment in Latin America, joins Kids Corp, a leading company inkidtechsOf region. The two will continue to jointly offer the best technology, data and expertise solutions for the kidtech market.
In August 2021, when Askids was launched, the relationship between the two companies began with a strategic investment and a partnership, through which they generated synergy between their expertise and information, but operating independently.
However, the creation of Askids made the main companies in the segment quickly trust the company to access data andinsights exclusivosin carrying out your advertising, marketing, innovation, content,licensing,between others.
In this short but intense journey, Askids and Kids Corp found themselves working together for the same clients on multiple projects. This link generated an exchange and networking relationship between the leaders of both companies, which strengthened the relationship between them.
Demian Falestchi, CEO of Kids Corp, spoke a little about the merger:

As of this merger, Askids continues to offer regional solutions, now leveraging Kids Corp’s own operations in the region. Both companies are already certified under the kidSAFE program and work in compliance with all regulations on protection and privacy of children’s data. Hernan Ratinoff, COO of Kids Corp added:
