After a campaign led by sportv and the Pel Foundation, which won over 125,000 signatures, Michaelis will make Pel official as an entry in the dictionary.

The Pel no dictionário campaign is one of the most original we have ever participated in. We want to thank all the partners involved in carrying out this campaign and, of course, all the fans for making this a reality. His name in the dictionary is a very important part of his legacy that will keep Pel alive forever, said Joe Fraga, executive director of the Pel Foundation.
The official inclusion of the word Pele as an entry took place this Wednesday (26th), during the Sport Summit, in So Paulo.
