At 91, Clint Eastwood is a wonder. Directs, acts, produces. And he has a decades-long association with Warner. It must be the longest in Hollywood history. 2021 marked the 50th anniversary of not only Eastwood’s directorial debut (perverse passion). But also the 50th year of its partnership with Warner Bros. Studios. That’s why Warner and the Petra Belas Artes cinema in São Paulo (Rua da Consolação, 2423) have set up a festival that starts on January 20th and runs until February 2nd. For those who are in the city it is a unique chance to see these great films on a movie screen.
The special sessions will be composed of some of his main and most awarded feature films. And even cooler, together there will be the screening of an episode of the documentary series Clint Eastwood – The Cinematic Legacy (2021). It’s just a pity you don’t have perverse passion, which I love.
