The pairs won with the cases ‘Viva Noites Picas: Budweiser Zero’ and ‘O Rei Sem Preservatives’
This Friday (28), Estado announced the names of the two winners of this year’s edition of Young Lions Brazil. Igor Araujo Liberato (art director) and Lucas Carasek de Moura (editor), with Viva Noites picas: Budweiser Zero, in the Film category; and Amanda Losi (art director), and Camilla Ferreira Lopes (editor), with O Rei Sem Conservantes, in Digital.
This year there were 35 duos in the Film category and 189 in the Digital category, sponsored by Ambev and Burger King, respectively. In both, subscribers were obliged to send a summary board that should explain, at least, three main items: What is the proposed action; What is the strategy for achieving the objectives/KPIs and why; and What is the creative concept.
In addition, in both, the case video of up to 2 minutes was optional, while for Film it was mandatory to send a film of up to 60 seconds.
In all, 224 pairs signed up for the competition that will take the chosen ones to participate in the Young Lions Competition, during the Cannes Lions Festival in France, where they will have 24 hours to develop campaigns aimed at NGOs determined by the organization of the festival.
The winners are guaranteed accommodation, airfare and enrollment in the Young Lions Competitions, in which Brazil is first in the ranking with 19 medals to date.
