A Oreo, brand of Mondelēz Brasil, brings something new to Brazilians: for the first time, the biscuit will have a personalized edition in the country. THE “Oreo Batman” has both sides stamped with the superhero design, and even comes with the promotion, “Batman Challenge Oreo”, which will draw prizes of up to 200 thousand reais.
“Superheroes have always been recognized by all ages, and this passion only grows with each new movie released. It was with this vision that we brought one of the most famous characters in the world – The Batman – to our first limited edition of Oreo in Brazil, an edition that will be launched together in several countries around the world. The release is a partner with the film”The Batman“, starring Robert Pattinson, and with a release date scheduled for March, promising a new phase for the DC superhero. Developed by Leo Burnett Tailor Made, the campaign will focus on awareness and in digital media, with the participation of influencers, as well as activations in public spaces and cinemas.
The special edition of Oreo Batman will be available in 72 countries, with different dynamics and challenges. According to the brand, this is the kick-off for Brazil’s participation in new limited editions of Oreo.
Batman Challenge Oreo
Between January 21 and March 21, purchases from R$ 10 on Oreo products can be registered on the brand’s official website, allowing consumers to participate in the challenge. The mechanics include instant prizes, such as R$100 in cash, backpacks, official brand headphones, weekly raffles of R$5,000 and a final prize of R$200,000. Also on the site, consumers can compete for extra prizes by answering riddles.
Oreo Batman is available on the shelves since January 4th, and products purchased from that date onwards can also be registered on the portal, at the beginning of the offer, just have the packaging and proof of purchase.
