The event reaches its 9th edition with the largest number of exhibitors, bringing models for professional applications and debates on the most important topics in the sector in Brazil
DroneShow, the main professional drone event in Latin America, reaches its 9th edition with the largest number of exhibitors at the trade fair. There will be more than 120 companies showing their products and services at the Frei Caneca Convention Center, in São Paulo (SP), between the 9th and 11th of May. The event, organized by MundoGEO, will also feature courses and dozens of seminars with debates on the most current and important topics for this sector in Brazil.
Drones are not restricted to those normally seen taking pictures and filming. The world of such equipment goes much further, and encompasses a huge market of professional applications and remotely piloted aircraft with different characteristics, sizes and technologies. As they are aimed at professional and business solutions, they are little seen by the general population.
Among the drones that will be on display at DroneShow 2023, there are models aimed at mapping, monitoring structures, inspections, drone delivery, spraying and biological control, heritage defense and security. In the list of drones present at the fair, there are those manufactured by foreign companies, but also others of national technology and manufacture.
In addition to drones, exhibitors at the fair will present solutions that maximize the use of these aircraft. They are sensors and cameras, dispensers, landing and takeoff platforms, accessories, batteries and other types of parts. Among the companies present at the DroneShow are suppliers of softwares for image processing and service providers that operate in various industries, such as mining, oil and gas, energy, agribusiness, civil construction, logistics, security, public administration, among others.
“This year’s DroneShow shows the strength of service providers with drones that generate thousands of jobs in Brazil, especially now that drone regulation is more consolidated and, with that, there is more legal certainty in operations”, says the CEO of MundoGEO , Emerson Granemann.
